"If you dislike being trapped in a hotel room, then this is the place for you. Self catering but with the enhanced security of being in a supervised complex. Plenty of parking for a vehicle. The staff were outstandingly good. Reception, housekeeping, maintenance, all deserve a mention for their efficiency, courteousness and politeness. No complaints at all. Thank you for an enjoyable 8 day stay. "

"Clean, secure, comfortable; and the professional and courteous staff made our stay nothing less than 5 star. Breakfast crew, pub servers, and front desk staff eagerly helped us everyday. Room service staff kept our room spotless. Their airport van service to and from airport is the best I've seen. Olga our front desk representative (on arrival) met us with a warm smile and her suggestions guided our search for my wife's Spanish ancestors; some of whom had immigrated to the US from Madrid about 80 years ago. Because of Olga, we were able to locate and honor and pay respects to the Fernandez family ancestors we found in the San Isidro Cemetery. Olga is a credit to the Crowne Plaza Hoteland IHG family."
