"Hotel is close to transportation, there was a lot of places to eat and LOCAL food a plus for me. I feel safe all the time and was able to walk around and take the train to go to airport.. good location and good staff "

"Very clean rooms and friendly staff, great location if you don’t mind a walk to the waterfront. Was an issue with the booking from Wotif and the hotel didn’t have the booking or receipt of payment hopefully Wotif has sorted this out with the hotel as they could have charged me again."

"Outstanding staff! I cannot express how wonderful each and every person was. They treated us more like family than like guests. We were there before and during Ramadan, during the latter, they made every effort to accommodate us. One day I was sick - the front desk clerk walked with my daughter to the pharmacy to get me medicine. The first day of Ramadan they invited us to Iftar, where we, once again, were treated like family. The restaurant staff was helpful, despite the language barrier, they were still eager to help using their translating apps. We will definitely return here! It appears that this hotel is locally owned and operated. "
