"The staff were very helpful and gave clear information. Room was modern and very clean with great amenities including a teapot which made me happy. Only issue was in Room 10 the shower head kept moving over to one side and needs a little maintenance. Other than that, I would stay there again. Affordable, clean, tidy and easy."

"I made a last minute booking for one night as the motel I'd originally booked didn't work for me. Given the price was lower than the motel, I was pleasantly surprised at what was on offer. If you are in the UK think Premier Inn with kitchenette with washer and dryer. Perfect!"

"Kasia was very pleasant and a more than helpful host. She offered us an upgraded apt unit upon arrival that had a view of the lake. She also provided us a Firestick for the TV so we could enjoy some well missed Netflix and AppleTv shows during our travels. The apt unit was roomy and super clean with no clutter and had all the amenities needed. We enjoyed the heated spa but didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool or tennis courts during our stay. "On arrival staff were not friendly at all Not even a hello just passed the eftpos machine and then the key. For the price we payed no coffee in the room and upon visiting the office no one came out to see what we wanted Very poor customer service"

"It was a place to rest our heads. Quite outdated, and needed a top to bottom clean. Otherwise, comfortable place to spend our between activity times. Very good location. 10 minute walk to the lakefront restaurants. 5-10 minuwalk to close by supermarket and The Warehouse. Chemist Warehouse across the road."
