청결상태가 매우 좋았습니다. 첫날 체크인시 설명해주신 프론트 직원분이 매우 친절하셨고 상세히 설명해주셨습다. 방도 난방이 잘되었고 따뜻한 물도 잘 나온 게 너무 마음에 들었습니다. 조용해서 휴식하기 좋았고 필요한 amenities가 잘 갖춰져 있는 것도 너무 마음에 들었습니다.

A Great Hotel - I'm so glad we stayed here!

The room had a Japanese feel to it which made it fun to stay in. The desk people were extremely helpful and we found several restaurants in the area through their list that had great food and were not chains. The room was clean and it was convenient to have a washer and drying rack. Fresco and a grocery store within walking distance were super convenient and the bus stop was very close. I would absolutely recommend this hotel (and already have) if visiting Kyoto.

We loved how the room felt more like a home. It was very clean and well thought out. We felt like it was our home away from home which made our trip that much more enjoyable. Just knowing that you have a nice comfy bed to come to at the end of a long day makes all the difference on a vacation. We definitely recommend this!!

It was a really wonderful little, Japanese style hotel, exceptionally clean, pretty and very comfortable and affordable. I knew it was in a residential neighborhood but they did not make it clear how far it was from downtown. They recommended that we come by bus and that was economical but it was a somewhat long and rather uncomfortable bus ride. The neighborhood is quiet but a bit drab with not too much to do for tourists. I still think it is a great buy but they should let out-of-town tourists know that coming by cab is better.

Hidden gem

This is such an amazing little hotel that you'll regret staying here: I don't think I can stay elsewhere now! Tucked away in a residential neighbourhood of Kyoto, it's actually a short bus ride to Omiya Station and to Shijo Dori, the main shopping street. It's spacious and everything is very well thought out. I loved my time here. The receptionist spoke excellent English and was very helpful. One of my best stays ever.

繁華街にはない落ち着いた場所にあるホテル

7時頃チェックインし、案内を受けてお部屋へ。フロントスタッフに教えてもらった近くの焼肉屋さんへ。そこの焼肉江畑がめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。ただ、匂いがすごくて部屋にもどると、ちゃんとファブリースが備え付けられていました。助かりました。アメニティーグッツも充実しており、住みたくなるホテルで、快適的に過ごせた。ロングステイにはもってこいのホテルです。エントランスに設置された旅カードでレンタサイクルしてお出かけするのも良かったかも知れませんが、今回は1泊だったので、それができず、次の機会のお楽しみにしておきます。チェックアウトし、歩いて上七軒（古いお座敷遊びができるところ　）まで歩いて、街を堪能し、ついた先は菅原道真公で有名の北野天満宮。そこから北野白梅町駅まで歩き嵐電に乗って嵐山まで行きました。ホテル付近はバスも充実しているので、金閣寺方面も行くことができます。京都を堪能するには、立地は悪くありません。連泊をオススメします。

Wow! Best stay in Kyoto

This hotel is amazingly new and is superb! I was definitely very impressed with the finishing and professionalism of the staff. The unit was very equipped with Japan finest technology. Everything was very good from the WiFi, bedding, TVs, security and also the remote control of the lighting! If I were back in Kyoto, Suzaku-kan would have been my choice! They are very modern yet with a touch of tradition! The designs of the room is spectacular!

단점은 두 가지로 역과 조금 떨어져있다는 것과 체크인 시간이 이르다는 것입니다. 역과 가깝지는 않지만 걸어갈 수는 있는 거리이고 버스도 잘 찾아보면 많이 있는 것 같습니다. 체크인 시간은 8시로 직원분들도 그 이후에는 없으시다고 합니다. 이 두 가지만 아쉽고 모든 것이 좋았습니다. 직원분도 영어를 너무 잘하셔서 의사소통에 문제가 없었고 체크인 시간은 직접 전화로 물어봐주십니다. 호텔이 거의 새 것이라 시설도 매우 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 침대도 생각보다 넓었고 방 안에 세탁기와 주방도 있어서 호텔 보다는 깨끗한 콘도 같았습니다. 주방에 간단하게 전자레인지로 밥을 지을 수 있는 도구와 쌀 일인분이 같이 있어서 실제로 컵라면과 같이 해서 먹을 수 있었습니다. 조식이 없긴 했지만 바로 근처에 계란말이 맛집이 있어서 아침에 그거 먹고 기분 좋게 역으로 갈 수 있었습니다. 그리고 시간이 없어서 해보지는 못핬지만 약간의 돈만 내면 자전거도 빌려준다고 합니다. 어쨌든 요약하자면 조금 외진 곳에 있지만 값도 저렴하고 정말 훌륭한 호텔이라고 할 수 있습니다. 저희는 다음날 아라시야마에 가기 위해 교토 위쪽인 이 호텔에서 묵었습니다. 아라시야마로 쭉 갈 수 있는 역이 근처에 있어서 편하게 갔습니다.

we checked in after the front desk's operating time but they assisted us until the very little detail on how to check-in,the clean and everything is clean and the staffs are so friendly,they asked us if we smoothly get in the room by their instructions.I highly recommend this hotel and definitely come back.
