I don’t get to stay in super nice hotels often due to budget constraints. With that being said: This was the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Property is very nice and all staff, literally all, are helpful and attentive. They have a very good concierge. The only drawbacks are evening visits to the roof deck require a drink purchase or you can’t hang out there and we were unable to bring our friends onto the property. We wanted to visit with our friends from Kyoto without having to go to a busy restaurant or bar. Otherwise, this is a great property. In room Onsen is great. I recommend the Corner King room

Pls add do not disturb light

Have told the reception can add a do not disturb light to prevent the worker keep asking us to respond during hot spring. Everything is wonderful especially the view.
