I really liked the machiya (townhouse). It was fun with our party all together in one house. Loved the Japanese bath overlooking the garden. Once I realized that email would be the easiest way to communicate, communication was easy.

MOLD AND DUST!

Run down, moldy and extremely dusty Machiya! Do not stay here for your own health, we went straight to bed without checking the place as we checked in at 6pm and we were tired but we kept waking up choking and coughing, we looked arond and saw the black mold in the black room and the dust on all the beams. Hotels . Com should not be advertising this hotel and the pictures are YEARS out of date. If you stay here you will get ill, be aware.

神宮道と無鄰菴のあいでくらい、京都に住むように泊まる

神宮道から少し無鄰菴に向かって住宅街に入っていったところにある、1棟貸しの町家旅館。この贅沢スペースを、オフシーズンなら30,000円前後で独占できるのは、リーズナブル。スペースの広い町家だから、寒さが厳しい時はスペースによっては少し寒いかも。リビングルームや寝室は空調完備で問題なし

히가시야먀역에서 조금 떨어진 주택가에 있는 숙소입니다. 근처가 워낙 조용해서 가족끼리 조용히 지내기 좋네요. 그리고 도보로 번화가까지 걸어갈 수 있어서 이동하기에도 좋았습니다. 근처에 조용히 식사할 수 있는 곳도 꽤 있어서 좋아요. 다만 2층에는 단순히 화장실만 있어서 씻으려면 계단을 통해 오르락 내리락 해야 하는 것과 목조 구조 상 돌아다닐 때 삐그덕 소리가 나는 것은 신경쓰였습니다.

静かな住宅街の中の町屋で京都らしい滞在が出来ました。設備も良く、土間のある住まいや中庭が気に入りました。青蓮院のライトアップや南禅寺にも徒歩で行けるので、便利でした。京都に行く際は、また宿泊したい町屋です。
