Das Personal war sehr professionell und freundlich. Vielen Dank! Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gasse. Neben dem Hotel gibt es einen Supermarkt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, die in der zentralen Lage sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Das Zimmer war groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auf der Etage gibt es kostenlose Wasserfilter, Mikrowelle und eine Eismaschine. Das Hotel ist sauber und für diese Preisklasse sehr gut. Ein großes Lob an alle Mitarbeiter, danke für Ihre Gastfreundschaft!

事前に駐車場の利用について問い合わせた際、満車時以外の注意点については特に説明がありませんでした。 しかし当日、マツダ CX-8で伺ったところ、ルーフキャリア装着車は利用できないとの説明を受けました。 そのためキャリアを外す旨をお伝えしましたが、今度は重量制限を理由に駐車できないと言われ、結果的に利用することができませんでした。 このような重要な利用条件については、事前の問い合わせの段階で案内いただきたかったです。 その旨をフロントにてお伝えしましたが、特に納得のいく説明や配慮は感じられず、残念に思いました。
