The staff were very helpful and the hotel had great amenities! I loved that there was access to a 7 Eleven at the hotel, public onsen, spa services and laundry room as well!

客房内大致上沒有整潔的問題 職員相當有禮貌 各樣服務都可以接受 下午二時後就不清潔修拾客房就不能接受了

Small room but clean
Location is near to train station, room is clean but small, ceiling is lower, shower room is small too. A bit issue for check in process using tablet, Internet is slow, only 1 tablet to use even 3 tablets are proveded.
