I wouldn't guess that this place is so vivid with buskers :)
This is a Ukrainian chain that is a great place to try the national staples of vareniki and pelmeny, which are both types of dumplings. Eat the savories with smetana (NOT the same as sour cream ... BETTER!) or the fruit ones with sweet cream as a dessert. And enjoy the funky 50s decor!
