It is a nice hotel. Be sure that you are aware that the pool that is advertised is not in the hotel. It’s in another building, you will have to pay to get in, and you need to wear a cap on your head while swimming. They have caps available but they are expensive.

Very good hotel

Good relaxing break! Friendly, welcoming staff. Very good location for city centre and local transport. Overall an enjoyable stay. The hotel is old and could do with some renovation, but it seems like this issue is being addressed

Great modern clean hotel

Great hotel!!! Very clean and modern hotel about a 30 minute drive to the center of Kiev. Located beside a shopping area and guests have access to local fitness center with full size gym and pool.

Hotel.com in "outlet" village.

Strange breakfast solution. instead of letting guests pick 4-5 items that they want, everything is grouped into 4 combinations that you choose from. This gives you too much food, but no possibility to have a glass of orange juice and a cup of coffee (only one or the other) :-(. Hotel was however very clean and staff were nice. Prices are high by Ukrainian standards.

Great hotel

I had the pleasure in staying at this hotel for 10 days and it was a great experience. The staff were amazing and always helpful and offer to help with our needs. It's a little bit far from Kiev but i didn't mind. Alexander and Julia were amazing in offering every amite to my need and the price is reasonable.

Nice get-away

We spent two nights in a standard double room. Everything was very clean and the wi-fi worked very well. Breakfast is a choice of four set menus with generous portions and nice presentation. The use of the nearby sports club facilities is included in the cost of the room. The pool and steam bath are super. We also used the spa/salon attached to the hotel. Very pleasant personnel; reasonable prices.

Very accommodating venue

Managers and meal servers English speaking. Extraordinarily focused on guest comfort. Helpful with taxis into Kiev, and with phone contacts regarding travel issues that arose during my stay. Clean and comfortable place. Sports complex 100 yards away with weight room and beautiful lap pool, accessible by showing Hotel pass. High end outlet stores right next door, cafes, play area for kids. Because the hotel is 10 miles outside Kiev, it is not convenient for frequent trips into town, without securing a taxi. Taxi into town costs about 150 hryvnia (about 8 USD). Taxi back out from town between 150 hryvnia and 400 hryvnia. It was worth the taxi expense to me, to have access to the sports complex, and a respite from the noise of the city. Breakfast included, big enough to be your only meal of the day, if you wish, served between 8 and 10 AM. The food was excellent. Only complaint is a small one -- room is sealed, so became humid during hot weather, and the climate control a little difficult to manage. But I was able to overcome that issue most of the time. Laundry service quick and efficient, and they ironed everything, which was a nice treat. Fresh fruit placed in room every couple of days. I had an "apartment" with stove, which I did not use, but there was no cookware. I would not be surprised if they would have made some available if I had asked, in light of their overall commitment to guest service. I will stay there next time I go to Kiev.

Nice hotel but out of the way

We stayed in a lovely suite that was very spacious and comfortable. The Trattoria Italian restaurant is excellent with fantastic staff. The hotel advertises a swimming pool and spa & beauty treatments - however these are a few minutes walk from the hotel are are part of a public leisure centre so not the privacy we were expecting.
