The location close to the Gulf made for pleasant walks. The Room Service for food was excellent, specifically Manoj, who always made of point of ensuring I received a suitable substitute, if what I wanted wasn't available.

Excellent hotel connected to Mall

Really large & modern room in a beautiful hotel connected to the Al Khut Mall thereby allowing for unlimited access to shopping, dining & entertainment. I wish I had discovered this pearl of a place much sooner as I’d avoided some of the other places I ended up regrettably staying at. On the plus touristy side, you can also watch the Fountain Show located less than 5 min walk from the motel in the outdoor area of the mall. The hotel staff is very friendly, always open to provide better service (upgrades anyone?!) & they also watch out for you by advising how much your taxi fare will be. One of the few hotel left still helping you get a public taxi without trying to rip you off with the overpriced hotel ones. That is a very nice change!

Im asking a sea veiw suit, he said all is full , after 30 Min they call and said we need to change your suit because there is a broblem in the bathroom!! Then they gave me sea view !!!! Why they were not honest from the start with empty rooms overlooking the sea ،

It was excellent. I enjoyed my stay. Nice for shopping at al kout mall. The only negative thing is the car park. It would be lovely if they had a bigger private and secure car park for the hotel residents.
