"The Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail is a stunning hotel with great facilities, but their front desk service and room management were incredibly disappointing. I specifically booked a King room, but when I arrived at 5:50 PM, I was told it was unavailable. Instead, they downgraded me to a handicap-accessible room, and it wasn't even ready until very late at night.
To make it worse, the communication was nonexistent. I clearly told the front desk that my local Kuwaiti SIM was turned off and asked them...
"Absolutely the best holiday and I have ever stayed at. The service, the staff, the amenities were exceptional. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel and I recommend it as one of the best hotels you can stay at."
"The staff are friendly, the breakfast is very poor and limited.. the floor in the room is very slippery which is very hazardous, I told the receptionist that either if I wear the socks or not, or even wearing the shoes still slippery.
Hopefully no one got harmed for that slippery floor "
