I arrived to find that the restaurant had been closed, then breakfast had been stopped. I have been staying at the Ida for years but the whole atmosphere has changed.

Living like a local.

I stayed in a traditional Balanis bungalow which was basic but had a certain amount of charm about it' if you like that sort of thing. Outside shower and toilet started to ware thin after my three day stay' but all part of the experience. Staff were great and location wise you are close to everything. Overall l was happy with my decision to try something slightly different.

짧게 지내기는 괜찮은 것 같아요.

방갈로 묵었는데 생각보단 별로였어요. 계속 그런건 아닌데 화장실에 가끔 하수구 냄새도 올라오고 침구도 좀 눅눅하구요. 방빼곤 다 괜찮았어요ㅎㅎ 수영장도 깔끔하고 조식도 무난하구요. 가격 생각하면 짧게 지내기는 괜찮은 것 같아요. 참고로 방갈로 말고 일반룸은 정확힌 모르겠지만 겉으로는 더 깔끔해 보였어요.

Hotel idealny na jedną noc, blisko lotniska. Nic po za tym. Pokoje małe, małe okno tylko koło drzwi, bardzo ciemne. Łazienka ciemna, nieoświetlona, bardzo mała. Klimatyczna zepsuta, bardzo głośna, nie mogliśmy w nocy spać, a mieliśmy lot nad ranem. Nic nadzwyczajnego, nie polecam.

It was good overall

Generally it was good. Breakfirst was ok. At night the room was a little bit dark. Gardens's interior was good. The location is near from the downtown in kuta It was inconvenient that there wasn't tooth brush, tooth paste in the room and hair dryer I asked them to give me hair dryer.

Utmärkt vistelse

Ett mycket trevligt hotel som vi gillade så pass mycket att vi kom tillbaka 2 dagar senare. Ligger i ett lugnt område, men med närhet till shopping, strand och nattliv. Hotellets poolområde är helt underbart beläget i en fin trädgårdsmiljön. Stranden ligger ett par minuters promenad från hotellet, och där kan man sitta och se helt magiska solnedgångar. För att komma till stranden går man förbi försäljare av alla olika slag vilket främst upplevdes charmigt från vår sida.

Muy bueno!

Ida hotel nos pareció muy bueno! La ubicación es perfecta ya que está cerca de todo pero fuera del ruido (hay mucha fiesta de noche en Kuta). Las personas que trabajan allí son muy amables y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. La habitación era hermosa y las instalaciones son muy lindas!

Rien à dire sur l Accueil, il manque un séchoir à cheveux il faut demander à l accuei sauf que le séchoir ne rentre dans la prise prevue pour les rasoirs et il y qu une glace dans la salle de bains pas de coffre dans la chambre et un sans pied d au moins 8 cm dans la salle de bain.dejeuner basic mais suffisant pour moi .1 seul parasol pour tous les transats cest 1 endroit qui doit être aérer trop tassé à reloocke sinon bien placé la wifi fonctionne très difficilement. I love the Ida Hotel. It is the most friendly and relaxing place for a holiday. The staff treat you like family. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bali.

Ok but much better value places to stay.

One of our most expensive hotels on our 3 week trip around Bali so was expecting it to be better than it was. Nice big family room and bathroom but no tea and coffee provided in the room. Also only got one small bottle of shampoo in bathroom and a tiny soap. Wifi was good and pool area really nice with comfy sun loungers and floats for children to play on in pool. Good buffet breakfast with options changing daily and eggs cooked to order. Disappointed that they didn’t provide a room to shower in after check out when our flight was in the evening. Would store our bags and told we could use the cold shower by the pool. Ended up booking a hotel round the corner for £10 for the night (Hana Kuta) just to have somewhere to shower later. This was such good value as also had pool, air con, fridge etc and a fraction of the price we paid for the Ida Hotel. The Ida seems to have more people staying on a package holiday from Oz so just wasn’t our kind of place to stay unfortunately.

For the price per night this hotel is a hidden gem. The staff are friendly and helpful. Very close to the beach and shopping percent. The hotel is an older style and has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Given the proximity to Kuta beach and the huddle and Brussel if the shopping district this hotel offers a quiet tranquil retreat. But please don’t share this gem, I want to be able to come back.

Stannade bara en natt på hotellet då det var nära flygplatsen. Och eftersom flyget kom in väldigt sent tog vi oss först till hotellet vid två på natten och spenderade därför inte speciellt många timmar på hotellet innan det var dags att checka ut. Men av den lilla tiden jag spenderade där så upplevde jag att personalen var väldigt vänliga och hjälpsamma. På rummet fanns tv, AC, ett litet kylskåp och vatten på flaska. Stod att Wi-Fi endast skulle finnas i lobbyn men för oss fungerade det även på rummet! Mysigt litet ställe till bra pris!

This hotel was close to one of the major department stores therefore in a good location, also nearby restuarants and massage shops. The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were kept exceptionally clean.

Love love love this hotel.....the staff are extremely friendly. The room is cleaned everyday and they do a fantastic job....breakfast is basic but more than enough, with eggs, toast, pastries, hot selection changed daily eg bacon, potatoes etc. There is also coffee, tea and juice . The restaurant is great with a happy hour for some great cocktails. The pool area is kept to a high standard by wayan. We chose the Balinese cottage with although small was well worth the money. Will definitely return
