"市街地から非常に遠隔な場所に立地しているのに、夕食なしのプランはどうかと思う。宴会場などを開放して、会席などを提供したらいいと思う。事前に受付に食事処を問い合わせたが、女性の受付が応対し、れすとらん等は紹介出来ないときっぱり断わられた。女性は二人いるそうだ。check inの際、男性の受付がガイドがあると言って冊子を渡してくれた。情報を保持しているのにtelで紹介しないとは本当に面倒くさがりだと思う。指導を徹底してほしい。"

"Staff were very friendly and courteous. Kaiseki dinner and buffet breakfast were out of the world! Onsen, water temperature was perfect, and Jungle Onsen was interesting. Our room was tatami room with 2 beds which was large enough and comfortable. Even though the unit was rustic, it was very clean.
