"Kein Hotel für einen entspannten Pooltag!
Achtung: Die Außenpools sind nicht frei nutzbar! Der Zugang läuft über das Spa und ist auf max. 3 Stunden täglich begrenzt. Bei unserer Expedia-Buchung war das Zeitfenster 20–23 Uhr !!! Ab 20 Uhr ist der Poolbereich allerdings erst ab 18 Jahren zugänglich. Mit unserer 16-jährigen Tochter hätten wir den Pool somit überhaupt nicht gemeinsam nutzen können.
Gegen 200 SEK pro Person pro Tag konnten wir vor Ort ein anderes 3-Stunden-Zeitfenster buchen. Für uns...
"The hotel was lovely, the overall experience was good. However, I have to say that the the staff behind the bar/reception could be a little more enthusiastic and look happier/friendlier as could the staff at breakfast. That being said, I would recommend this hotel. It's clean, value for money. Easy access to the main attractions using SL App. The manager is helping my daughter with an issue regarding her billing in the restaurant and he was very polite and courteous."
