"The apartment is very clean and in a great and safe location. Everything you would need in a home away from home was provided, and instructions were very clear. It was easy to walk to the CBD. There are lots of restaurants in the area too. The host was very responsive too.
Only cons are
1) The lack of air conditioning. It made for uncomfortable nights. Of the two fans provided, one was very noisy, and the other one designed to help with airflow didn’t seem to do much.

"We’ve stayed here regularly and it’s been ok. Unfortunately this time it was too disgusting to stay. Cockroaches, used toothpick next to the bed, dirty socks left behind. A musky smell in the room. We didn’t even stay one night. "It was my first time staying in a cottage, and it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The interior was beautifully done, with a kitchenette and a cozy living room featuring a fireplace (though we didn’t use it). There’s no restaurant on-site, but there’s a hunting lodge restaurant right next to the cottage, which was convenient.
