Overall this a good hotel and close to Kumamoto station. This hotel is a bit dated and uses keys for hotel rooms. Amenities were basic. Room was spacious. Staff were friendly.

We stayed on the 11th Floor and the room looks like newly renovated. Spacious and very clean. We could access the beverage section on the 4th Floor which provides coffee, tea, wine and cup noodles toošŸ˜Š. Will stay again when we visit Kumamoto next time!!

Conveniently located next to the JR Kumamoto station mean lots of options for food and shopping at the AMU Plaza. Airport shuttle is located right outside the hotel. Tram stations are also right outside.
