The hotel staff provided exceptional service—professional, kind, and consistently attentive. Although the rooms are quite small with limited luggage and counter space, they were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Despite the compact layout, I would gladly stay here again.

Staff is amazing, very friendly and parking is on site for a small fee. Not too far from the city area. Hotel is aging could use an update, but will do the job. Thank you!

Well located near Shizumi gardens and next to a tram stop to visit the castle. Hotel itself is ok, it needs modernising, our aircon was very noisy and ineffective. No filterred water provided. Staff were very professional, especialy the man who manages the parking system who was very kind and patient.

For a hotel of this quality I'd assume there be free parking but I had to pay despite it being parked on the same building. The rest was pretty decent.

The staff members at the reception are nice, polite and helpful. Communication needed some effort as they speak Japanese only. The room was really a bit dated and it needs renovation. Location is good. Parking charge ¥900 a day (perhaps in the city area). A family mart is within 2mins walking distance. Daily room cleaning needs request in advance (default no cleaning, even emptying the rubbish bin). Anyway, overall it is okay at least everything and facility inside the room was functional.

It was alright, if you don't have anywhere else to stay last minute, this place is a decent option. Just found the laundry section to be very outdated, and had to go to a Coin Laundry instead.

道路を挟んで斜め向い側にコンビニもあり便利です。 新しいホテルでは無いと思いますが、清潔感もあり、快適に過ごせます。女性向けのアメニティ（メイク落としなど）は無いので持参する必要はあります。 朝食がとても美味しかったです。熊本のご当地メニューが色々とあり、どれも美味しかったのですが、特にお米が美味しかったので食事が進みました。 スタッフの方はどなたも親切で感じが良かったです。チェックアウト後に息子が大事にしていたものを間違えて部屋で捨ててしまっていた事がわかり電話すると、ゴミを集めていたにも関わらず、探してくださり、見つけていただき、無事に持って帰ることができました。本当に感謝しかありません。
