"We loved our stay at Suryagarh and it exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Right from checking in, where we felt like royalty, to the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms to finally the staff (from housekeeping to the cafeteria to the pool) who were extremely professional and always went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and make us feel at home. The buffet breakfast was sumptuous and every item that we had for dinner was delicious and served very tastefully. In short, right from the decorations to the manner in which food items were served was royal without becoming garish. Every single staff member deserves mention, but I would like to especially mention Paramjeet, Latif, Jalal, Rahul B, Vanshika and her team for their exemplary service, as well as Rahul U, Grace and Sandhiya for making our stay very pleasant. Also, the immaculate lawns and landscaping were very tastefully done. We definitely didnโ€™t get to spend enough time, looking forward to our next trip to Suryagarh very soon๐Ÿ™"

"The hotel is good but the service and amenities are a far cry from a 5 star. It doesn't live upto the ITC 5 star standards. We had been put into a room which wasn't set up. Had a broken shower which wasnt checked before handing the room and the problem couldn't be fixed. Finally past midnight we were moved into another room and the service was unacceptable when we had a very long tiring journey with young kids who just wanted to shower and sleep. The staff is polite and courteous but inexperienced to handle a 5 star property. The breakfast service was excellent with a large spread and delicious food. Excet for the initial handling of the situation, it was a pleasant stay but not thee quality you expect for a 5star property. Its a good 4 star hotel. Thank you."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, and the room always felt fresh and welcoming. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and their warm hospitality made a lasting impression. Unfortunately, the room arranged for my driver was not comfortable or up to the same standard as the hotel. Because of this, I had to book a different hotel for my driver to stay overnight. I hope the hotel considers improving the quality of driver accommodations in the future, as it would make the experience much better for guests traveling with drivers. This small improvement would further enhance an otherwise outstanding stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent accommodations, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would gladly stay here again and truly appreciate the outstanding experience provided by the entire team."

"A great place to stay very close to the gate of the fort. The food in the rooftop restaurant was very good. The staff went out of their way to be sure you had everything you needed or wanted. They helped to arrange a night safari, salon appointments, provided colors for Holi and food for lunch when everything was closed. I cannot say enough about how helpful and friendly the staff is. The room was spacious and nice. A great place to stay!"
