So bad,dirty, properties damage..unproper item sotre every were, I book include breakfast but not provide Dont have a wifi Area unclean So sad pay for this experience

Regarding about your booked include breakfast but we are not provide, actually on that day we already refer your booking into our system online & exactly your booking 'exclude breakfast'. Fyi also, our Café Terrance more than 2 years not opened for walk in ala carte or buffet & just opened for Events/package.Btw, we'll take serious about your feedback & will make sure not happened for next time. Water and pool of the theme parks to dirty and dark.suggest to make regular clean and change. Appreciate if can improve the water quality at theme parks.

a very isolated location without any facilities, breakfast was all taken before 08:00 hrs by a group of hungry golfers Generally run down and looks like its been designed by a 4 year old with a crayon

The villa quite far from parking. Struggle to handle luggage. The room is good. I put my cigarette on outside table then its been taken by someone else. The pool also not manage well.

The staff is very friendly, room is bigger than expected and breakfast is included. The downside - aircon is not cold enough, TV remote not working and no tooth brush provided. Overall quite satisfy staying there

Relaxing environment, quite, not busy with people. But breakfast is quite dissappointing to have buffet style but too little choice.

Chambre loin de la piscine. Beaucoup de terrain en friche. Spa et massage fermé. Restaurant fermé à 19h30. Un point positif, la piscine malgré le manque de transat autours( 1 seul transat disponible .

Worst experience ever
I would say this is a haunted resort. The landscape around the resort is not properly taken care. lots of facilities need to be repaired. I paid for the economy room, and yes the price was cheap but it is not the reason they should not provide clean and good environment. The economy room was in Matahari building. Once I entered the building, the smell was really bad, musty and mouldy. Room facilities were all not properly managed and were gathered at this one corner where I guess it was not appropriate to be shown to the guests. Room and building were not secure with good security system. Anyone can enter the building and we only provided with a room key. no access card for better security system. No room phone, hard for us to contact the resort recep. The bed sheet and comforter were terribly dirty and smelly. The toilet was okay but the water pressure was low and I guess they close the water pump at night, because when we went to the toilet on the next morning, there was no water running out from the tap. When we report it, the receptionist seems did not surprise at all and told us he will inform the security and it will be okay in 5 mins. Dining place located in the same building with Lobby, they did not serve buffet for breakfast but ala carte menu. Food was okay but the table was full with flies. Really disappointing and disgusting. Seriously I would not recommend this resort to others.

nice pools & rooms
the staff, view, pools and rooms are all excellent . but poor in network coverage & wifi. if guest are staying for business propose wil definitely not choosing tis hotel. should try to overcome this matter asap

Kukup Golf resort
Not a nice resort to stay - rather stay at jetty resort. Furniture in rooms are old & no water from kitchen tap. Outdoor lagoon pool was a total disappointment - look very nice from photo but actually was more like a kiddy pool. Breakfast - only Beehoon, bread, ham & eggs. Cafe is full of flies - very irritating experience.

Lousy breakfast n Boring place to stay!
Living hall has no aircond! Only ceiling fan! Breakfast was very bad! No eggs for breakfast . No juice n milk n flies every where! Boring place to stay!
