"Fine place for the cost. Still needs more attention to details as cleanliness (a bit better) , choices of breakfast to cater to foreign tourists and more local information. It looked new and with basic hotel experience. The personnel did their best and were quite friendly and service oriented."

"We stayed for a week at Anand Kashi and had an excellent experience. Vijay (and initially Saurabh) at the reception took good care of us starting from our check-in and throughout our stay. We took their car for sightseeing and chauffeur Devender was very knowledgeable about all the local places and provided us excellent service. Pankaj/June and Chef Rajendar at the restaurant really catered to our culinary needs. Nikhil at Security provided us protection from the monkeys which I can say is the only negative at the resort. Even though we had a balcony with an excellent view of the Ganges, we had to be watchful of our surroundings as wild monkeys would appear all of a sudden. The resort folks do try to chase them away but they would come back occasionally. So, having food sitting on the balcony is a definite “no”. The view from the resort is truly breathtaking and to be a part of Ganga Aarti every evening is divine. Overall, we highly recommend stay at this resort."
