The streets can be a little on the narrow side but no complaints at all.. The concierge (Sunny Kumar) was very helpful and goes above and beyond to help guests… 10/10 for me.."

"One night stay on a month long stay in India. Very helpful with booking taxi to the airport. Room service available during the day. Very comfortable bed. Very clean room with the hotel having friendly staff and an upbeat modern feel that you would find in a European hotel. Lovely hotel. This is my second stay in a 10 month period since I had such a comfortable stay for a few days staying here in August 2023."

"Incredibly helpful staff, especially Vicky who personally helped us get an Indian SIM card (trust me it's quite a hassle in India) and dropped us off at the airport. His tuk-tuk tour to the Wagah border is incredible, and honestly he was more entertaining than the ceremony itself. "One of the worst service I have stayed in this hotel, stay there if you only want to go golden temple don’t expect anything more, staff is very very very rude, good order for breakfast will never reach less than an hour, omelette only can take up to 1 hour or more, iron is in the basement and they don’t allow you to iron in room."

"Our stay at Heaven View was comfortable. We were checked in early and the staff was very helpful with with all our questions. They assisted us with getting rickshaws, tickets , storing our luggage and made our stay very comfortable and our trip to Amritsar memorable. The hotel is a short walk to the golden temple.
