"We had a fantastic stay at Cassendra Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was perfectly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. A special mention to Dilrukshi, who truly made our stay feel like home. Her warm hospitality and genuine care made such a difference she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. "The bedroom was comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. The bathroom was extremely damp and mouldy. Overall abit of a tired hotel. Staff are nice but couldn’t help me much with my issues or questions. There is a nice pool but a large party playing loud music and drinking had been allowed to sit by the pool so it felt uncomfortable to use the pool when I arrived. I paid more for a “Mountain View” room but I was told that didn’t really exist so I wouldn’t advise booking that and paying more for it."
