"Incredible location, right on lough Ree. The staff were extremely pleasant and the breakfast was delicious. The bed was extremely comfortable and I was very thankful to see a bath in the bathroom as well as a shower!"

"The facilities were good but found the service a bit slow in the bar restaurant. The cups were badly stained and not the cleanest.also I had to ask for bowls to get cereal. The rooms were excellent and bedding very clean."

"The hotel car park is a short walk from the hotel itself - not a big deal but worth bearing in mind if you have a lot of bags or kids or limited mobility. Rooms are well set up, small but have everything you need. Breakfast is disappointing - undercooked food, tired buffet, and they don't let you help yourself to the cooked breakfast buffet so you're at the mercy of the staff's ideas. I ended up with an unwanted lake of beans."
