"On arrival, we were warmly greeted and shown to our room. We dealt with one lady for our whole stay and she was lovely until we had another lady check us out on the Saturday. We kindly asked for extra towels in the morning and were looked at with some sort of unusual look. We were sitting beside the door waiting for our taxi and the music was uncomfortably loud and vibrating through where we were sitting.
