Staff are very attentive and the rooms, facilities and offering exceeded our expectations. We loved the food and beverage offerings and being on the all inclusive was a great choice for us. "Room was clean but could do with some re-decoration as a bit run down, but bed was very comfy! Hair dryers didn’t work, but that’s not a huge issue. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was absolute great! My main feedback is that it just seemed like it needed a lot of maintenance and there was maintenance going on around me a lot! I would have just liked to be told before booking. "

"Firstly, we had a great welcome at the port, our luggage was loaded onto a buggy and we were brought to The Bilimbi. It was well presented, extremely clean and clear request to leave shoes outside which was safe. The room was spacious with a kettle and hairdryer, cups etc. Very spacious and comfortable bed, clean sheets etc. The staff were very welcoming, even though there was a language barrier with some staff, it didnt matter. "The staff were excellent and everyone looked very happy to be there and were very friendly and easy to chat to as a result. The only unknown I had was the food before arriving but the food was very good, even when we didn't fancy something on the menu they were very happy to make something up for us! I would recommend walking around the island and checking out the rest as well as there are stunning views to be had around."

"The villa room was nice and very comfortable, with a great sea view. The staff were friendly, nice, and quick to respond to my requests. The breakfast is okay and reasonable price and has a great sea view, and the on-site restaurant was perfect for romantic dinner. The hotel's location is superb and walking distance as Dhiffushi is a very tiny island. My only minor complaint was the broke kettle and the air conditioning loudness which is normal. "This was our 4th stay here and we were a little reticent as had heard the adult restaurant and bar were closed for refurbishment. However we were pleased to find the alternative in place was adult breakfast at the Asian wok which was amazing. We booked the a la carte restaurants for every evening and had a great experience. The staff are amazing as usual the building work is as discreet as it could be. Overall a great stay again"

"The pool was a bit small, but okay. It is in a small courtyard so it felt like it was "inside" even though it was open to the sky. The first room they put me in had a dripping air conditioner, so they moved me to a different room where everything worked well. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The included meals were good. I actually hadn't known that I wouldn't be able to get alcohol here, but luckily I was only here for a couple of days! :) "
