"We had a lovely stay at HNN. We were given a warm welcome & everything was clearly explained. The room was very clean with air con & complimentary hot drink tray. Also a mini bar which was charged for. The beds were comfy & although there was a bit of traffic noise in the evening, it was quieter in the night & we all slept well. Breakfast was continental, with a good range of breads, pastries, cheese, jam, yogurts & fruits. They had some pre packaged gluten free items for my coeliac husband...

"Really close to the train station, so it was easy to get too. I had mentioned that we were put in a handicap accessible room that was not the room we booked on-line. There was no natural light as you're basically below the roof line of the restaurant that in on site. "There needs to be better communication about going into Nuovo Nord to get a key for Hotel 29, which is in a separate building. Hotel 29 is not clearly marked at all!
