"L’hôtel est bien entretenu et très propre. Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassés, ce qui nous a permis de profiter d’une grande chambre spacieuse avec une belle vue sur la mer. "It was very hot when we were there in June and we had the very top room which was extremely hot and the a/c couldn’t keep up. They did bring us a fan which helped some. 401 has a lot of sloped ceiling and can be difficult to get in and out of bed with out bumping your head. The 5 flights of stairs are a lot with luggage but the staff are more than helpful offering to help take up your luggage. Location was excellent !"

"Lovely small hotel a short walk from old town of Trogir. Room was spacious and clean. Pillows were quite firm. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of items available. I gave this hotel only 4 stars because they supplied only a thin sheet on the bed for a cover at night. No duvet or blanket in the room. Perhaps you could get one if you asked before going to bed, but we did not think of that at the time. The other hotels we stayed at in Croatia all had a summer weight duvet. This hotel may...

"We drove past the property initially as it is set back slightly from the road and we missed the sign. The check in area was a little odd, as was full of drying linen. Room was on 3rd floor, no lift. Balcony looked over the Old Town, which was a nice view. Reasonable cost for pet dog"

"Check in late and left early the next morning. Staff was very nice. Room was clean. Breakfast was very good. We had a situation with mosquitoes in the room that we should have addressed it right away. So, if you’re planning to stay in this hotel, check the room for those little blood suckers. "

"The staff were extremely helpful but the property is in need of repair. We had to move 2x due ac issues. The flooring around the pool is a tripping hazard like in over half the space. The main mutate golf course looks dilapidated. The pay restaurants are good and reasonable priced. ."
