"The Staff! Out all the 64 countries I’ve visited and all the hotels, this place had the kindest, most helpful, down to earth staff I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. "Slight mix up with the booking of my room but it was sorted by very friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel is located outside the city core but metro station is 5 mins walk away, bus stop is 2 mins away and the city centre is walkable within 20 mins. Neighbourhood is quiet at night and a 24 hour supermarket is 2 mins walk away if you need anything. Room was cleaned to a high standard and I didn’t notice anything which gave me pause. Great value for money and a comfortable stay"
