"we stayed there because it is very near the jetty for our trip to the sky mirror ( 5 mins. walk) It is clean, restaurants and convenience stores are around the area. Also across the road from Bukit Malawati which we visited. Don't expect extra comfort and luxury for the price, but clean safe and convenience. And the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Please note that It has no elevator/lift for those who cannot climb stairs."

"Booked a family room for 3 adults plus a kid. So essentially they had 4 single beds made to look like 2 queens, all lined up side-by-side. In effect 4 people are sleeping together in one gigantic bed. And there was no space to even split the beds much less to walk without tripping. "Check out time is 12pm ....we went out n came back to room at 11.45am...n the room was locked and we couldn't open it. When we ask staff they said auto lock...auto lock the door after 12pm not before 12pm. And give extra 10 or 15 min to check out...And staff saw us going up but never stop us to unlock."
