This was our second apartment at Tropicana... the first was well equipped but not vry clean... the seconnd did not have a working oven, a microwave or ironing board so overall not very impressed. The location is fantastic for everything in KLCC but the standard of the apartment lets it down.

I recently stayed at this property for four nights, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. While the location is nice, and the property itself has a lot of potential, the experience was disappointing due to a lack of basic services and communication issues. Firstly, there was no housekeeping at all during my entire stay, which was frustrating and left the room feeling neglected. This made a big difference in the overall comfort and cleanliness, which are essentials for any hotel stay. Additionally, communication from the property management was poor. When I tried to reach out regarding the lack of housekeeping and other basic needs, responses were either delayed or unhelpful. It felt as though guest concerns were not a priority, which was disappointing. The area and the property’s appearance suggest a high standard, but unfortunately, that standard was not reflected in the service. The lack of attention to basic upkeep and guest satisfaction was surprising and disappointing, given the potential of the place. Overall, I would not recommend this property unless management improves their maintenance and customer service.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Malaysia that I booked through Expedia, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel looked great in the pictures online, but the reality was far from it. The room I was given was in terrible condition, with mould growing on the ceiling. Despite reporting the issue to the hotel management and explaining that my wedding was the next day, my request for a room change was ignored. I repeatedly asked for a different room, but the management was unhelpful and rude. Their lack of professionalism and customer service skills were appalling. I also contacted Expedia, hoping they would assist in resolving the issue, but they failed to provide a solution or even contact the property on my behalf. Given that I booked through their platform, I expected better support and facilitation from them. I ended up staying in that dirty room for 13 nights, and the entire experience was unacceptable. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone due to the poor condition of the rooms and the disrespectful attitude of the management. Avoid this hotel if you value your comfort and proper customer service.

I would advise against staying at this particular hotel. The service quality here is extremely disappointing, and the management’s response to issues is even worse; when we had a problem, they didn’t even bother to meet with us. The condition of the flat does not match the photos—it’s damp, the AC barely functions, the towels aren’t properly cleaned, and the place is poorly equipped overall. Look elsewhere nearby for a better experience.

1) My nightmare at 1st time given a room without curtain in toilet, having cockroach in the kitchen, lot of oil around the kitchen, the glue on the side of the refrigerator was falling off, living room table, toilet cabinet were broken 2) Changed to 2nd room, but still dead cockroach on toilet curtain, toilet glass door cannot be closed, slight leak on the toilet seat I will not consider to renting this apartment again :(

La cama extra era horrible. Nos propusieron que nuestra hija durmiera en el sofa o que nos fueramos del hotel(a la 1 de la madrugada). Nos trataron mal. Dijeron que al dia siguiente se arreglaria pero fue mentira. En nuestra cama habia pelos. Alguien habia dormido y no habian cambiado las sabanas. Mal trato. No se disculparon. El gerente nos riñó por pedir una cama extra cuando la reserva era de 3.Es mal sitio. Viven de que algunas pocas habitaciones tienen vistas a las Petronas. No vayais. Es caro y te tratan muy mal

Gute Lage

Apartment-Hotel (vermutlich verschiedene Betreiber) direkt gegenüber der Petronas-Tower. Bei unserem Aufenthalt (Nov 2024) wurden Renovierungsarbeiten im Bereich der Rezeption durchgeführt, so dass wir keine Aussage über die tatsächliche Lobby machen können. An der Rezeption wurde von einem dortigen Mitarbeiter ein Whatsapp-Kontakt auf meinem Handy eingerichtet, über den die weitere Kommunikation zum Betreiber, inklusive Anfragen und Wünsche aller Art (24/7), ablief. Wir wurden dann aber auch persönlich von einem Mitarbeiter abgeholt und zu unserem Apartment begleitet und beim Checkout auch wieder verabschiedet. Unser Apartment (Honeymoon Suite) war sehr geräumig und toll eingrichtet (u.a. Küche mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, etc.), mit hervorragendem Blick auf die Petronas-Tower. Das Mobiliar war allerdings stellenweise ein wenig verschlissen, was aber nur optisch etwas ausmachte. Das Personal war insgesamt, bis auf einen Mitarbeiter am Pool, sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Leider war das Wasser im Pool auf dem Roof-Top grün und nicht klar, was durch die Mitarbeiter auf einen Defekt in der Filteranlage geschoben wurde. Die Rundum-Aussicht auf dem gesamten Roof-Top ist überragend. Die Petronas-Tower mit Einkaufszentrum und Subway-Station sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
