Vi stannade i hotellet i 10 dagar. Hotellrummet var i relativt dåligt skick. Toaletten i synnerhet har varit mycket smutsigt och den kändes väldigt ofräscht. Man försökte dölja den dåliga lukten med stark och obehaglig kemisk kaka hängd i toaletten. Städningen utfördes varannan dag, ganska ok. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade ok, men behöver rengöras. Cigarettlukt trängde igenom från andra rum så att det kändes obehagligt. Det bästa med hotellet är läget. Det ligger i anslutning till en stor galleria. Sen är poolen och gymmet i acceptabelt skick. Inte för många människor samtidigt. Överlag ok hotell om man stannar i ett par dagar för relativt bra pris. Vi skulle inte välja detta hotell igen oavsett. Det finns bättre för samma pris insåg vi senare. Vi bedömer hotellet som 3/5 mest pga det centrala läget i KL.

We would be more than happy to assist you and attend to your problem if you let us know any of these during your stay.(1) The entire apartment unit is cleaned and sanitize after every guest check out. Upon several inspection of the room after seeing your review, we did not find the problems mentioned, you could have informed the host or housekeeping of such problem during your stay. The air freshener is not uncommon in Malaysia as an enhancement in wet and humid areas. You won't see this in 5 star rated hotels as they have other luxurious replacements for the price they charged.(2) Upon inspection, the air conditioner is totally working as intended. Also, it was serviced just a month ago. Not sure what you meant there, if you are not sure on the mode/settings, let us know.(3) Apologies about that the smell from other units. As these are private units, we do not have the right to take any actions.Late check in after midnight was specifically arranged for you with few other personalize service but does not seem to be appreciated in this review. It is very disturbing and unfair for our staff after all their effort to go beyond which was "appreciated" by you during the your stay, but went the other way around with this review.

Full housekeeping and sanitize is done after each guest check out. Any issues you may let us know while in house so that we may assist accordingly. Service is fast and the person in charge was very polite. Only thing is our bath tub had a little rust. So can’t take hot bath.

Close to everything... but needs a reception desk
Located close to central KL, monorail station adjoins building, walking distance to hundreds of shops and restaurants. Service - is part of Berjaya Hotel complex, but the apartment wing has no reception desk. The manager contacted us before arrival to arrange a meeting place, and is happy to store bags after checkout. A large deposit (200RM) for the access card is required to be paid in cash on arrival - credit card would be better, as you get cash back when you are leaving, which is not always convenient Accommodation - very comfortable, recently refusbished. Room is spacious, with lounge and table/chairs for meals if you want to self cater... but there's no need as it is above a shopping mall with food court and supermarket. Kitchen is basic, but adequate for short stays (inclusion of a toaster and washing machine would be good - there's plenty of room for a washing machine... the room doesn't need 2 vanity areas) Wi-fi - included, strong signal Summary - recommended, but the ability to use hotel reception for communications would greatly improve it's attractiveness.

Just to clarify, we are not related to the hotel and the building management do not allow setup of reception desk in public area. Hence we always contact guest prior arrival for arrangement of smooth check in. The amount for security deposit of access cards is stated on our listing, payable with credit card.

Very good location , easy to explore the City, shops, restaurants and transport just few meters away. Walking distance to Petrona Towers. Swimming pool handy after long day. Angeline was very helpful . Recommended, especially if you have limited time to explore the City.

Perfectly located for dining and transport. Most tours will pickup and drop off at the centre making it easy for day trips. Great shopping complex in the centre with a supermarket and lots of food outlets and shopping. Our host, Angeline was prompt and extremely efficient and made us feel most welcome. She made contact via SMS prior to our arrival and was waiting for us when we arrived from the airport. She also arranged our return transfers and made our visit very easy and enjoyable. Thank you.

ロケーションが良くモールで食事も買い物も済ませられます。駅も直結で便利です。ただ、アメニティは一切ありません。石鹸のみです。後は小さなゴキブリはキッチンやトイレなどに何匹も見ます。窓からの景色は最高です。スタッフも感じが良いです。タオル交換、シーツは1週間滞在しましたが、シーツは一度もありません。タオルは汚れた時だけ変えてくれます。トイレも壊れていつ水が流れないので、バケツで毎回補充しました。

We get 2 queen beds even though we booked for 2 King beds. Host said it's not necessary to get same beds as showed as booking. Anyway, we paid for some sum to upgrade to Family room. The rooms is very clean, beds are very clean and comfortable to sleep and very good location. The price is very reasonable too. The hosts are very nice sisters. Recommended to big family to KL.

Gorgeous apartment that is close to rail systems, the Pavilion and central shopping. Secure and safe and it is literally on top of a huge mall. Angeline, the hostess is lovely and very helpful.

We loved the size, very comfortable beds & lounges, so clean & the view was amazing! It was easy to get to from Imbi monorail station, short walk to Jalan Alor for a street full of food & above a shopping mall. Angeline, our host, was lovely.

Very comfortable stay with family
Very comfortable stay with family. The rooms were renovated, clean, neat and tidy. The toilet could have been better, some leakages here and there..
