We wanted to stay at a shangri la because we liked our stay in Taiwan and this was more centered. I love that it’s very kid friendly but the Rooms are a bit dated. It is walkable to many popular attractions but it’s very hot in Malaysia. The hotel does provide shuttles but it’s not frequent. Our family enjoyed the pool and the kids club

初めてのマレーシア旅行、一泊目で宿泊。バスタブから出てくる水道水が濁っていたのでマレーシアの水道水は濁っているものだと思いましたが、移動した翌日の他のホテルでは全く濁りのない水道水でした。場所もあまり便利ではなかったので一泊の宿泊でよかったと思いました。

What makes this hotel for me is the staff attention to all their customers. Being able to communicate via WhatsApp and the Shangri-La circle app is very convenient and with their quick response is amazing. I have stayed in this hotel now for 10 days over the past 14 (out of town for 4 days). Would not think of staying anywhere else! Great management and staff.

Love Shang KL. The lobby is grand unlike sim of the newer 5star hotels. Their amenities and staff are equivalent to a 6star hotel.

One very small quibble.
Very pleased with our stay at the hotel. One small quibble, as we were leaving very early Saturday 10th February we requested a takeaway breakfast. The standard of the takeaway did not match the high standard of the food served at the hotel. The sandwiches were soggy and tasteless compared to the excellent food at dinner and in house breakfast. The staff were always polite and helpful. Woulkd certainly come back to stay again.

Location was convenient to an MRT stop as well as the Petronas Towers. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Only used the in house restaurant once - nasi lemak was tasty. Also had cocktails one evening - again staff were very pleasant. Relaxing environment for an evening drink.

Fantastic Stay
What a fantastic hotel. You must got for a room / suite with access to the Horizon Club Lounge, great service and food. The staff are all so good, great service with a smile.

スタッフの応対はどなたも笑顔で親切。 気持ちのいい接客そのものでした。 さすが五つ星ホテルです! 部屋も清潔で良かったのですが、バスタブに溜めたお湯が若干黄色く濁っていたのが唯一残念でした。

Very disappointed.
I request higher floor and they give me lower floor blocking by building. I was love by shangri-la hotel in Bangkok so i pick this hotel it was very disappointing. Need update hotel like room carpet and hallway. Room smell like mold.
