Cadar dan sarung bantal kotor dan berbau.
Bilik nampak selesa pada mulanya. Keadaan bilik agak basah kerana baru dimop oleh staff. Kami pulang agak lewat malam dan baru sedar yang cadar dan sarung bantal agak kotor dan berbau. Terpaksa tidur jugak beralaskan kain dan baju yg kami bawa. Gatal2 badan kami. Tuala pon diberi bila diminta sahaja. Ada lipas dan semut di dalam bilik.

The Staff no have dispiln and don't know how to take care the costumer 😠😠😠... Yes specially 6-2-2020 this date working lady morning shifts pls change the person....she talking like rubbish.... Staff want to wait costumer or costumer want to wait???? Staff service very poor....but 7-2-2020 morning working the malay staff good...

Not so good experience
On my stay 2 night,single room -room doesn't have aircond remote - no towel - no toothpaste - plug only on the back of tv, hard to charge phone Staff only provide items upon request, not prepared before check in. They only play phone at front desk. Room have cockroach and ants.

First arrived, room was very dirty. After we complaint, in next day staff gave us new room. Not recommended for family with children

Poor Maintenance & Dirty...
All the stuffs in the room considered basic as what I paid, but please maintain the cleanliness... The cleanliness was very bad... Only the staff was friendly and thanks she gave me a room with window...

Disappointing hotel
Stayed at this place only bec I stayed there a month + ago and got to know the Admin person. Left some comments on my hotel online booking portal and with her but was disappointed there was not a single thing done. We took a triple room for 3 adults as a family. Bed was OK but sheets were worn out with holes and the very same comforter in the same room - seems like not changed! We recognised the stains. Room was clean but someone had used a drawer as an ash-tray and it was not cleaned or notice by the cleaner. On my 2nd day the room was not tidied up, no fresh towels, no toilet paper, no soap replacement.I told the same admin person late afternoon on my way out and she promised to sort it out but we returned late at night, still no fresh towels and toilet paper. Then we get fresh towels at 11pm. The room we got had no wifi and the water dispenser on the floor I stayed was not functioning. We would probably not stay here again even though the admin person was friendly

Actually I have a problem regarding payment. I`ve informed their staff and showed them my pay transaction. but unfortunately they still ask me to pay. The mirror in my room also not clean. a lot of dust that you can see. I also cant watch television due to the television channel are not working.
