This is a great, affordable place to stay if you need to be near Sentral - convenient for arrival on KLIA express and for taking trains to other parts of Malaysia as well as around KL. Rooms are very basic but spotlessly clean. I returned there after my initial booking for another stay on my way back through KL. Staff are really lovely, accommodating and helpful and have advice about the nearby area. The only negative is that the rooms have no protection from noise so I was awoken through the night by people coming back late and children running up and down the corridors early in the morning. I can go back to sleep really quickly so it wasn’t too bothersome, but if noise bothers you a lot, bring some earplugs. I would definitely stay there again for a convenient and safe place to rest my head passing through KL.

Great value family of 6 stay. No windows but knew that when booking and with good air con was irrelevant to us. Allowed us to check in early and cjeck out an hour later. Nice shopping plaza just across the street and it connects to main train station.

Parking for visitors outside the hotel is difficult. Noisy and dirty on street outside the hotel, no complaint about the hotel itself. Too crowded outside, Diwali may have put some extra stress but probably not much different even at other times. Convenient location for shopping/ restaurants.

No regret I choosed this hotel. It’s literally 3min walk to the KL Sentral. Very clean and smells good. Hotel staffs are friendly and accommodating. There’s a lot of restoran around the area. Highly recommended. I will stay again to this hotel on Aug 24-26, 2024 with friends. See you again City Central.

The room had no windows

The room is no window, when I booked, didn’t mention it. The room had some smell but the staff fixed it. The hotel is close to KL central station and shopping centre.

The staff were incredibly helpful. Being able to speak to them in Japanese puts Japanese people at ease. The hotel is very clean. It's easily accessible, perfect for sightseeing and shopping. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

Good location

The staff was friendly except for one guy who works the day shift at the front desk who was standoffish and seems to have an attitude. The doorman was very pleasant. The two housekeepers, Mohd. Khalil and Mohd. Mehedi on Level 3 were very helpful and friendly.

Woman at front desk was rude and denied i had a reservation until i showed her my confirmation on my phone. Service staff are flirtatious and always outside my room or blowing kisses, asking for "service m'am" not good for single female travellers.

The room and bathroom were very small and lacked amenities, including a hair dryer and hot water. The toilet and sink shared space with the shower, so once you used the shower the whole bathroom was wet. But outweighing that was the fact that it's across the street from the KL Sentral train station.

3 weeks of sleep deprivation!! They are "enforcing" the no alcohol rule. But only partially. So drunk jerks are coming in at all hours & setting off their door alarm. 11:08 (23:08), 1:45, 4:26, 5:18 because they are going back out to buy booze. Not once in 3 weeks did staff come to the floor to check out why the door security alarms were going off repeatedly through the night. Also the no smoking rule is *not* enforced. So sometimes there's smoke smell in your room (especially in the middle of the night) and you have to turn on the bathroom fan/light to clear the room. Then it's hard to sleep between the light & constant traffic noise, the door security alarms going off all night and occasionally cigarette smoke. You can't take a nap during the day because of the traffic noise increasing AND through some brilliance the staff communicate with walk talkies. So there's "clatter" from the walk talkies all day!! Sure, staff will give you a cheerful hello as you come and go, but what would really be nice is a GOOD NIGHT SLEEP!!! The room has a problem with the lights. Sometimes it doesn't come on, sometimes it flickers for a while before coming on. The fan in the room makes a horrible screeching noise (fingernails on chalk board). The blackout curtain doesn't fully "blackout" the light. The safe is just a drawer with a simple small key lock -- that's broken!! When I checked in I specifically asked for the room classification that I had prepaid for -- a windowless room because I hav

Great location right across the street from a major shopping centre with all the trains that you will need to get around. I received extra special service from the front desk staff with a problem that was not related to my stay and it helped me immensely. Very friendly service.

Utrolig ubehageligt og indelukket værelse. Man føler sig helt udlukket fra omverdenen, grundet der ingen vinduer er. Derudover lugtede der også meget sjovt nede i lobbyen, samt de nederste etager, en af dagene… formentlig rottegift? I forlængelse af dette, så vi en rotte ved trapperne på 6. etage. En af deres vandflasker havde også noget surt grums i vandkanten, hvilket resulterede i en tur på apoteket. Vi forlod hotellet 2 dage før tid.
