Best apartment so far in our stay at Malaysia, beds and sofa set was uncomfortable and old, but location and view were awesome, kids loved the pool and on top roof children play ground, highly recommended for families.

Great location, walking distances to mall and monorail station. Kitchen is fully equipped, the water pressure is very strong and hot enough was really an amazing during showering or bathtub time. Recommended for staycation...

Room i booked and paid for apparently didn't exist they have nt compensated for the extra i paid for a 2bd only had 1 bed which my friend and i had to share the communication was horrible only could do by whats app they argued with me about the room ... we got to hotel late due to flight issues couldn't get into building no front desk to help had to wait for a person to come give us a key card and then had to pay $70aussie to get the key ..... only got one towel each for the whole 2 weeks .... then couldn't get in room as they didn't give me the key pin number had to ring a help line who hung up so back to the whatsapp to ask again we finally got into room around 2am could have been later .... i sent them pic of what i booked they just kept saying that they never have had such rooms i enemies send them s copy of my booking which stated 2bd but they offered me to cancel that might and find somewhere else at2pm

Ants

This flat is good view, good facilities, but So Much Ants in this flat. Kitchen, bathroom,living room, luckily not found in the bed. The owner is responsive and suggest another flat for us. But that is away from here. So I finally buy some ants drugs trying to stop the ants. However, as we leave, ants are still everywhere.

Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel qui ne dispose pas d'une réception nous devons tout faire via WhatsApp. Nous avons attendu 3h avec 2 enfants de 3 et 7 ans devant l'hôtel car personne ne nous répondait, après plus de 3h d'attente l'hôtel nous répond qu'aucune réservation n'a été faite avec le nom et de numéro de réservation que nous leur avons communiqué. A ce jour j'attends toujours mon remboursement ainsi qu'un dédommagement pour le taxi que j'ai dû prendre pour me rendre dans un autre hôtel. Je ne prendrai plus jamais de réservation sur ce site. Merci hôtel.com.

とても良い滞在になりました。部屋は広く眺めも良く満足でした。立地も便利な場所にあり、観光をするにも、ショッピングをするにも困ることはありませんでした。 部屋に置かれていたバスタオルが清潔ではあるのですが、ボロボロで後ろが透けるほど使い込まれたものだったので驚きました。 あと部屋の契約が複雑で、管理者と対面することが無いので、事前にやり取り出来るアプリをダウンロードしたり、デポジットの入金もクレジットカードでやり取り出来る様にしておく必要があります。私の場合は現地に行ってからそれらが必要になり、携帯の都合でアプリのダウンロードが出来ずとても困りました。 現地に友人がいたので助かりましたが、海外から訪れる場合には事前の準備が必須です。 セキュリティもしっかりしており、いいアパートメントだと思います。
