Won't do it again.
Just stay with the normal hotel. Not sure why they allow sub selling of their rooms to another entity. But no Wi-Fi, TV doesn't work and zero support and service. Just pay the difference and stay with the normal hotel.

Clean and comfortable room. However, no bathrobe was provided which I thought should have as shown in the photos gallery. Free toiletries provided include shampoo and shower gel only. I have to get my own toothbrush in the nearest 7eleven. Parking is expensive.

Love the neighbourhood, very quiet yet it’s got all u need u need. About 10 mins walk to ikea and the curves. Starbucks and a minimart conveniently located at the lobby. Rooms were stylish, pretty clean. Just lack towels which the staff got it for us quickly and toothbrush (don’t provide). A bit of noise with the ventilator, which amplifies in the silence of the night.

Incident of lost passport and documents in the Hot
I left behind my folder and passport in the safe and didn't check out with that. Then for 3 weeks I fell I'll, so I'll that I didn't realised the missing document and pp. When I went to airport, then I realised passport was gone. I went to the hotel after remembering that I left them in the hotel and went back to see them about it. The manager told me the housekeeping unit did not report so they don't have it. I was very sad and went on to apply to replace my passport. I called the of the hotel and she told me the same story. No report of such case. However, when I was traveling back to Chaing Mai, the manager called me and said they found my document and pp, but it was not in the safe but regather in the room. My question is why it was not reported to the front desk, whether they r left in the room or safe, it should be reported? I went through a lot of stress to replace my passport, money up and down by grab to Putra Jaya immigration department and to the hotel, all cost are high because I stayed far away from these places. And then have to buy another ticket that cost me 1000 ringgit due to this incident. All in all I have lost ringgit 1500 plus the stress they caused me.

front counter a little slow … Hotel.com service is handled by someone not from the receptionist. I have to wait someone although there are 2 receptionist there. Parking fee is not included and no breakfast!

Great rooms, great view.
The room was excellent. And so was the service. However, if you are driving, then reconsider. the lobby security would not allow me to park my car to unload. After a long discussion, he allowed. Parking is chargeable. I paid RM 15 for parking from 12 midnight to 10am the next day. A little high for over night. And problems again when I was trying to pick up my wife after check out. They need to get their car coming to the lobby area system properly in place. Otherwise, a great hotel

Amazing stay! Amazing location!
The hotel is very clean and new. Its located near curve and a good spot if you wanna stay in damansara! Starbucks is downstairs if you need any drinks in the morning or night! Enjoyed our stay there!

Not bad
Overall, the stay was good - good location, clean rooms, good price. But, during the day, the AC was at 16C and it was still really hot in the room. I suspect the AC only comes on at around 8PM, and is on central conditioning before.
