It was an incredibly clean, spotless hotel, and the breakfast was much, much better compared to Tirana. The layout of the rooms and the quiet atmosphere were excellent. It smelled wonderfully clean. If you’re coming to Ksamil, you should definitely choose this hotel. Don’t even think about staying anywhere else. The staff were very helpful and extremely kind.

Nice & modern hotel just a few meters from beach

We had a nice stay in Hotel Olive. Absolutely lovely staff, friendly and attentive. We felt welcome. Rooms are very clean, a bit small though. The breakfast on the roof terrace was very good. The views phantastic. Unfortunately close to the end of the season there was no evening service in the restaurant available. But the terrace was open and we enjoyed the view with our own glass of wine. Currently there is a massive construction site next to the building.

Wonderful modern, clean hotel in quiet location. 100 meters from the a beautiful beach. Delicious breakfast with spectacular views from the rooftop dining room. Staff super friendly and helpful. About 10 minute walk to main area of shops, but we appreciated being in a quieter area. Loved it and would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel in Ksamil - perfect location

Fantastic hotel, with amazing staff. The receptionist was particularly friendly, and we very much enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great restaurant for breakfast and dinner, with incredible views over the bay. The hotel is in a quieter part of Ksamil, but still close to some good bars, restaurants and beaches.

The hotel has all the facilities you can expect (except a swimming pool) and a convenient location. The best was breakfast at the rooftop restaurant with excellent views of the coast. The worse was the bathroom, a little bit small.

Very nice and rather new (in 2024) hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel is just across the street to differrent (quiter) beach bars and in walking distance ( ca 15 min) to the center of Ksamil. Breakfast is served at a very nice rooftop terrace, especially reception staff and housekeeping were super friendly, helpful and dilligent. Breakfast could be slightly improved in terms of selection and service, but maybe this only requrires a bit more routine.

This is a brand new hotel. In fact, we were the first Expedia customer they received, hence no reviews prior. This was a great hotel. We loved the view of the Ksamil harbour, mountains and water. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Albania. The roof top restaurant has amazing views, especially at sun set. The breakfast is also served in the roof top restaurant. Staff were very kind people and truly cared about making our stay enjoyable. We would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel was really nice. It is so close to the beaches and you get beach towels at the reception. We had the room 24, which had a small view on the sea. The breakfast is also very nice, loved the olives! After three days you are happy to move on, as Ksamil is not so big. From Sarande you can take the bus (150 LEK = 1,30€ per person) to Ksamil and then walk about 15min to the hotel. Don't waste your money and take the taxi (25€), not worth it. The owner was also very nice and helpful, they are new on Expedia, therefore happy to give my recommendation.

Fint hotell med god service

Vi overnattet én natt her for å se Ksamil som en del av en lengre reise. Vi ankom tidlig slik at rommet vårt ikke var helt klart, men ble tatt godt imot og fikk låne håndklær slik at vi kunne dra til stranden mens bagasjen vår ble oppbevart på hotellet. Rommet var moderne, fint og rent, og vi sov godt. Vi måtte dra igjen tidlig neste morgen, og personalet tilbød seg å gjøre frokostbuffeten klar en halvtime tidligere enn normalt for at vi skulle rekke å spise. Strålende service! Ellers var det et stort pluss at hotellet ligger litt tilbaketrukket slik at det er lite støy rett utenfor. Hit kommer vi gjerne tilbake :)

Perfekt til familier tæt på rolig strand

Virkelig pænt hotel og venlig personale! Morgenmadsbuffeten er på øverste etage med smuk udsigt. Eneste minus var at vores værelse lå under denne restaurant, så stolene larmer om morgen fra kl. 8:00. Men ellers var alt i top og den ligger lige overfor Lori Restaurant og Beach - perfekt strand til børnefamilier, da den ligger i en bugt og derfor ingen store bølger. Og væk fra alt larm.
