"Our room was extremely rundown, the carpets were dirty beyond any help. Th smell in the room was so bad it was extremely hard to breath. The front desk staff was kind of rude and ignorant. I have travelled a lot and so far this was the word hotel I ever stayed in . Back home in Canada we call those kind of rundown places a Motel."

"Franchement ? Probablement le meilleur hôtel de Wroclaw. Le personnel est très attentionné et agréable à la fois. Le restaurant est excellent bien que les portions soient quelque peu frugales.
Je recommande vivement cet établissement aux personnes exigeantes.

"Ultimately, it was a nice place and it had a great view, but we could never figure out how to turn on and work the climate control system and we asked for help and never got it. This place only gives you one pillow, which is a very, very, very small pillow per person and very minimal towels and no water. Also they charge you additional for parking. If you had parking and you came back later that night and it was...

"- Cramped room that was way smaller than it looked in the photos.
- Drain that would not go down properly.
- Unfriendly host who was extremely difficult to reach.
- Host failed to provide important information.
- No housekeeping or cleaning service at all, even during a long-term stay.

- Inconvenient check-in and check-out system.
- Extremely noisy neighborhood due to ongoing...
