"Overall, the overall hotel's condition was acceptable. The room decoration, carpet, bathroom, etc. were a little outdated and needed to be renewed. The lobby needs air conditioned as it was really hot when we were there in May. The breakfast was average. However, the front desk staff was excellent."

"Staff are friendly, room small but clean. Bathroom too small & bad design, door couldn't close properly. We stay for 3 days but only had breakfast 1 day as the restaurant is renovating so terrible breakfast was ordered from next door. We had to go somewhere else for breakfast for next 2 days."

"Hotel reception was presentable, but the hallway on each floor was really old /dirty. All rooms, except one on 4th floor , without windows. Therefore there’s mead smell as we walked in, even though the room was clean with wood/plastic floor. We paid extra to get room with window, which helped a lot. Receptionist was very courteous and accommodating whatever we requested. We had to ask for everything incl housekeeping, water bottles, etc…we should not expect for more with the price we had paid...
