A very busy hotel. A lot of noise at breakfast and dinner. Sometimes chaotic. No chairs in the room. Just a stool. Personel friendly. When I checked in it lasted more than 15 minutes until they had found that I had paid in advance.

It was a nice room, the dinner buffet was excellent (though expensive) and the breakfast buffet was also great. The wi-fi was way too slow. The staff was really nice.

Very clean, friendly staff and fun amenities. Rooms were small but had good use of space. Arrived too late to enjoy the outdoor pool but kids had fun on mini zip line. Wonderful breakfast with great selection of American and European options. Highly recommend.

We arrived roughly 5pm the day of checked-in. And we got our room, it’s not clean and we needed to wait for an hour more for the room to clean. Not even water offer.

The hotel staff, pool, and breakfast were wonderful, but the room was incredibly cramped and not even close to sound-proof, so we heard the conversations from our next door neighbor and his family. The bathroom was rundown and could use some updating.

Distance for going to Dyreparken is perfect. We found a half eaten bag of sweets in our bed, makes you wonder if they even changed the sheets before our stay. Property is due for renovations. We got only 1 towel for 3 guests. There could have been more options at the breakfast buffet.

Morning buffet needs work

The rooms were really small for a family of 4 but we made it work. We had to have a baby crib in the room for our youngest which made it a bit tighter. One of the biggest issues was the breakfast. There was no one by the door telling people where to sit, so people were just walking around looking for tables which made it a lot more hectic. Both mornings we had to ask for the table to be cleaned because the employees were focused on other tasks. The second morning we were there (Saturday) was pandemonium. There were actually people standing and eating on the tables where the buffet food is placed instead of waiting for a table. I found this quite disgusting/unsanitary, but the staff didn’t ask them to move.

Helt oki hotell. Ganske kjedelig frokost, men standard. Maten i restauranten var ikke noe å skryte av. Brent fisk og det var knapt noe burger i barneburgerene. Skuffende. Lekerommet for barn, er ikke veldig bra. Hotellet er hel greit.
