"A beautiful property! The lady that checked us in was super nice and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and while I liked it, my wife found the decor a bit odd with its use of unfinished wood furniture. "Our room was amazing and very clean. The bed was super comfy. The staff made us feel comfortable and helped us with planning our trip to the Kitzbüheler Horn. The hotel offers a free trip to the top of the mountain and I can’t say enough about our experience to the top. Breakfast was great except the coffee. Our coffee was either bitter or lukewarm. The spa was the best part- so many different saunas to choose from and so clean. Our favorite was the herbal sauna which is very different than we expected. We will definitely return."

"We had an absolutely perfect stay. Even though we were there in the rain the hotel couldn’t have been better. Spotlessly clean even in stairways. Breakfast was excellent and the evening snacks while completely unexpected were top notch. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming right from arrival to checkout and in the cafe. The walk to town is along a path by the river and just a short walk and umbrellas were available even in weather is rainy. With the rain we made use of the pool and sauna and it was great. Thank you so much for a wonderful visit and for anyone considering a stay here don’t hesitate it’s been our best hotel stay in years."
