Spędziłam w tym hotelu z mężem siedem dni i byłam bardzo zadowolona. Wyjątkowa obsługa, personel był bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Hotel ten oferuje basen, spa ,restauracje -wszystko w najwyższym standardzie. Doskonała lokalizacja hotelu, zlokalizowany w sercu pięknego Krakowa i łatwy dostęp do lokalnych atrakcji i zabytków. Restauracja w hotelu serwuje bardzo smaczne i wykwintne potrawy.

Beautiful old building full of character so tastefully preserved. Excellent fine dining with the lunch and dinner tasting menus. Lovely small pool and sauna in caverns under the hotel perfect start to the day with a swim and sauna and massage treatment great for tired legs after all those steps in the Salt Mines . Staff warm and welcoming .

Fantastic hotel!
The beds and room were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I do wish the room had two things that it didn't have. One, there was no furniture with drawers to put our clothes, and a couch would have been better than 2 chairs. This isn't enough to dissuade me from coming again though. The location is excellent!

We hate to leave poor reviews, but I am getting these reminders from Expedia so for once I decided to do it. Huge shout-out to an excellent staff filled with many friendly faces, helpful and kind people. For the facility's owners - it is time to do something, the hotel needs a serious renovation. For us, it was the horrific bathroom, and the shape of the floor, clearly needing a good scrub and polish. We couldn’t turn on the shower, as the shower faucet was stuck. Old historic buildings need extra care, superior craftsmanship, updated appliances, and constant maintenance. This place could be a gem, but it feels like it is stuck in the 80s For the price we were disappointed. This is not a 5-star hotel. We would say it barely stretches to 4.

I used the spa and had the best treatment i have ever had, the girl was excellent and very professional, hotel was lovely and great location, one minor, we asked reception for tea and milk in the room but had to ask again the next day as this was forgotten

Za nami bardzo udany długi styczniowy weekend w Hotelu Copernicus. Na szczególne słowa uznania zdecydowanie zasługuje personel hotelu. Dawno nie spotkałem się z tak profesjonalną, dyskretną i nienachalną obsługą. Pokój bardzo schludny i czysty, nnno może poza przestrzenią między stołem a ścianą, gdzie raczej się nie zagląda (ja musiałem, bo spadł mi długopis i musiałem wydobywać go spomiędzy wielotygodniowych pokładów kurzu 😉). Całość zaburza dość skąpe oświetlenie i chociaż lampy nad łóżkiem z pewnością nie pochodzą z XV wieku jak kamienica, jednak rekomendowałbym ich powolną wymianę, z pewnością nie jest to jakiś szczególny krzyk designu i nowoczesności :) Z pewnością wrócimy do Copernicusa. Bardzo dziękujemy za udany pobyt!

This was the most amazing stay I’ve ever had. The service was beyond expectations - Joanna and her staff anticipated every need and desire we could have had. The food, the decor, the comforts.. absolutely 10000/10.
