Bare bones & lacking hospitality
We were a family and chose the two bedroom apartment because it seemed simple and comfortable. Unfortunately, it is very bare bones and lacking hospitality services. The only way to contact someone with questions was through email. There was no soap in the shower and we had to buy more toilet paper. We stayed 4 nights and asked for a clean set of towels a few nights into our stay, but were told we had to pay for clean towels.
Our reservation made through Hotels.com said it included breakfast, but we were informed later on by the apartment that it was actually not included.

Świetna lokalizacja tuż przy Galerii Krakowskiej i dworcu PKP Rzut kamieniem do Rynku. Wszędzie blisko. Apartament przytulny i bardzo czysty. W środku wszystko co potrzeba (brakowało jedynie noża do krojenia chleba). Myślę że znowu zarezerwuję pobyt tutaj kiedy będę w Krakowie.
