"Nice place. Just no staff to tell people after a certain time to be silent. Shower where nice but to small for tall people( 175 cm or taller) overal cleanness could be better 1st day saw some flattend dead bugs. But no bedbugs or other nasty stuff. Showers and toilets where really clean and tidy"

"Please!!!!!!! Don’t stay in this place or any apartments they have. Don’t waste money and time. There are many places much better for a little more money. I had to leave the apartment that I rent from them because the pillows, sheets, sofa bed, everything had a very bad smell. I had to look for another place and spend more money, and they promise a refund that I’ve never got. Stay away for their properties Lorf hostel or any apartments that they offer. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"The Hostel is great for the price. The cleaning lady is working nonstop, and the results are visible. Receptionists are kind and helpful. The location is excellent! About a 10-minute walk from the castle. The negatives are that there are only 4 bathrooms for everybody, with 3 showers. On weekends, when there are more people, it can get busy. Moreover, during peak shower usage, if you are the last one, the warm water may have run out. I stayed for two weeks, and I would go back. I paid about 50...

"The cleanliness in the room was shocking. Primarily the bed linen, they use grey fluffy blankets as a mattress protector. There was black fluff, bits of crisps, stained linen, brown marks on the blankets. It smelt like damp in the whole room. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from next door and hallways. Never again ! "

"We enjoyed our 5-night stay at Ibis Styles and Krakow. Little negatives: 1. Could have had two pillows per person. 2. Found the lighting in the room not bright enough. 3. Air conditioning was noisy. Otherwise, excellent hotel and great breakfast. We would certainly be happy to stay there again. "

"Steam room and dry sauna are very nice. Quite relax after a steam bath. Not many people, basically 1 or 2 people or even just me there every time. Hot water, coffee even Cappuccino and latte coffee are complimentary 24/7. Morning breakfast is delicious with many options. Will come back and highly recommended. "
