"Surprisingly quiet despite being on the main road. The room was a decent size; shower-over bath but it worked. Unfortunately we were without hot water for 2/4 days, a problem that only affected some of the rooms but we were told they were working on it. The staff were helpful and professional, staff in the restaurant were very efficient; cannot fault them. If you eat a full range of food you’ll be OK but the choice for vegans was super-limited. Only offered soya milk and egg featured...

"Very nice hotel to stay at, clean the staff was helpful and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed the terrace for an evening drink. I have not stayed in a European hotel so I'm not sure if this is the standard however I disliked there was no AC, fridge, and the bed was hard. Overall great experience though!"

"Location was great for me. Walking distance through a short cut by the river banks to the nearest tram station or a 10min downhill walk from Rosenheimer Station. I truly enjoyed my morning walks at Maximiliansanlagen park. Lots of eating and grocery store access nearby. The hotel room was clean, comfortable bed and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only comment I can share is the weird layout of the room. Entrance to the room is a bit tight with the cupboards on one side...
