Kowloon Shangri-La is a beautiful hotel! We chose the Deluxe Harbour View room and we were amazed by the view we woke up to every
morning; and the nighttime view of the lighted harbour! The room is spacious. Value for your $$$. The location is close to everything! Staff was great!
I was a little disappointed that I was upgraded to a Horizon Club room but not to the Horizon Club - what was the point? Carpeting in some areas threadbare - not what was expected. Otherwise an excellent stay!

Great location, wonderful attentive staff. Our room was a deluxe horizon club Harbour view and exceeded our expectations. The Horizon Club is a winner and worth the extra outlay.
The hotel was so nice, staff was very helpful and attentive. Love how they change the carpets in the elevators everyday. The exercise machines needed a little attention. Like the spin bike was not able to be working and another bike did not have TV.
The stay was good. But we lost money in the safe in the room. Very sophisticated operation. They took half of the money from each bundle so the theft would not be detected when checking out.

You will never experience customer service as I enjoyed in this hotel. Coupled with the beautiful hotel, and spacious rooms, I never wanted to leave.

The room furnishing is dated, with dirty stained and dusty curtain. Wind down service is really unnecessary; to make thing worse, the staff rang the bell at 9pm and opened the door immediately.

Fantastic. You came to a clean room and turn down service was impeccable. Very friendly and helpful staff from bellman, to concierge (we troubled him quite a lot for getting to places using MTR but he was patient in explaining us the same things over and over ). Housekeeping was great and quick.
