"First of all i liked everything, clean , next to the beach , staff are smiling and very helpful, rooms are big with a large terrace and sea view. They add extra water , kettle , coffee and tea in the room in addition to a fridge , aircondition. Calm. Safe. As for the food we had the chance to have the breakfast, delicious, generous, pure Lebanese, they serve a tray of labne , cheese, zaatar, vegetables , eggs, jam , halawa , ur choice off coffee, in addition to the orange juice and tea....

"Very pleasant facilities and very helpful staff. Everything was clean and in good working condition. Beautiful view of the valley from the windowed hall outside the rooms and the open rooftop above. I was trying to take pictures in the rain and the desk attendant very helpfully provided a big umbrella and offered to hold it. Not a lot of eating places or supermarkets nearby, but there are places down the mountain a little ways."

We arrived late and the manager was waiting for us and was very welcoming and considerate. The breakfast was super and very delicious. The staff were very friendly and polite. "This is the worst experience I’ve had so far in the hotel. At check in they gave us the room key, we arrive to the room and the door is open and room not ready with dirty sheets piled up on the bed and dirty towels. Then what’s worse is that at checkout they charged us $20 for dirty towels because they had makeup on them?! Never heard of this one before"
