"Good location and accommodation. Comms with the host was terrible - no check in info was provided, I sent several messages including up to 30 mins before arrival with no response. The directions provided on the app were not accurate, luckily a helpful local rang the number and spoke to the host who then provided more details. Host then texted me in Greek which was not helpful. Two of the 4 outdoor chairs were broken and unusable, no bathrobes, not even a bottle of water provided on check in. All...

"Just a few metres from the beach and a short walk into the town. Both pools had plenty of comfortable loungers & parasols with a bar and some shaded areas. The breakfast offered a pretty wide variety of hot and cold food and drinks. The gym was well equipped for those who would like to keep up with their fitness routine and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was overall in a great location, very clean and well maintained, our few days there were brilliant."

"Upon registering the staff were amazing. The 2 women were extremely nice and kind. Maria went out of her way and took the time to bring us to our room and explain how everything worked. the staff always with a smile and are never bothered with any questions … we had a great time and we look forward to go back. Our room was over looking the pool and beach. Beautiful balcony and a complimentary upgrade ❤️ The bus stop was right outside our hotel. It brought you straight to the Naxos port. The mini market sell the tickets on premise."
