"The views over the valley, the tea plantations and agricultural land are fantastic. The villa is set up on a hillside, about 3km out of town. It takes approximately a 10 min tuk tuk drive into town. The staff are absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. The hotel is beautifully presented, mostly made in wood and looking very smart. The room and bathroom were large, clean and well presented. The whole place is beautiful an dis surrounded by beautiful countryside. "

"I stayed two nights at the Heritance Tea Factory hotel. As soon as I arrived I was amazed by the scenery, it looks just exactly the same as the photo, surrounded by tea plantations with a great with of the mountains from afar. It is a bit of a drive from the town but it was nice to be in somewhere very peaceful and scenic. They have a lovely welcome ritual and tea. The hotel still has the engines from the factory days and they runs every night for 30 mins. It is full of stories in this hotel....

"We stayed just for a night as a stopover drive from arugam bay to Ahungalla. We had the family room which has two bedrooms, one with 2× double bed and the other 1x double bed. Had a fridge/freezer and a living room. No air conditioning but wasn't needed as the weather was already cold in nuwara Eliya. Breakfast included offered western (sausages, toasted bread and eggs)or srilankan food (dosa, sambal, eggs). Offered fruita and juice. Great location very high up on the mountain with a nice view...

"Few things were super impressive as follows: 1) All the staffs were so helpful, welcoming and always there for us when we needed. 2) If you prefer something that gives you a traditional vibes apart from a concrete high rise building this place is highly recommended. 3) The entire place was neat and clean along with worthy prices.
